Absolutely, as long as I can get my hands on the required colour, the size will not be a problem. 

Unfortunately, personalisation is not something that I can offer at the moment.

This is something that we can certainly discuss to make sure you have the materials that you require for your allergies.  

We can certainly discuss it but due to copywrite laws your items will have to be “inspired by” as I do not create direct copies of anything.

If there’s an issue, I’ll gladly make extra adjustments or, if you prefer, once the item is returned to me in its original condition, I’ll happily issue a refund.

If your order was completed and paid for before the new adjustments are requested, these new adjustments will include a cost and treated as a seperate order.

Rush orders need at least 48 hours depending on what is required. 

Absolutely, photos can be supplied of your order if requested.

Each order will given a care instruction sheet, so you will know how to get the most out of my products.

When you place an order, I’ll ask for a 20% deposit. If for any reason you need to cancel, I’ll refund everything except the 20% deposit.

I use Australia Post for all my postage needs so depending on where you live can depend on how long it will take to get your order. Shipping cost of your order is a flat fee price.

If you require international shipping, please contact us before you place your order, as there will be additional fees and longer shipping times depending on where the order is going.

All of my orders are wrapped in tissue paper and package in plain packaging. I do not offer custom gift wrapping.
